Terms of use

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms apply to Duoswap, the Android game (package com.borsanza.duoswap) by Borja Sánchez Zamorano, and in particular to its daily leaderboard. You accept them by playing with an internet connection, which is when the game sends your best score of the day.

Your name

The game gives you an automatic name, such as "Duo 48213", and everyone can see it next to your position and score. It says nothing about you.

What is not allowed

• cheating: altering the game, its scores or its communication with the server;
• using several players, or several devices, to get an advantage;
• anything that tries to harm the server or the other players.

What I can do

I review the scores. If something breaks these terms, I may reset scores or hide or block a player, without notice. Your records on your device aren't affected.

The service

The daily leaderboard is provided as it is, free of charge. It may change, stop or be unavailable at times, and scores may be reset. The rest of the game works without it.

Your data

The privacy policy explains what is stored and how to delete it.

Changes

If these terms change, I will update this page and the date at the top.
